My backyard looking west

This bear showed up in my yard a couple years ago in the spring looking for food, she seemed quite young and the dogs ran her off.....the following spring she showed up with 2 cubs in tow....we kept our distance :stop:

Me after 12 hour shift last night, I do a lot of barefooting but there’s definitely a time to put on the jewelry. I’ve had my CDL for 43 years, zero wrecks , spent a lot of that time on long haul, a courtesy tip on the radio from a driver going the other way saved me a lot grief from everything...

Thanks for the kind words Stan.....this is me enjoying the twilight of my working life :), sold my "retirement truck and trailer" several years ago....do this now for 4 months on... 7 days a week... then 8 months off to recuperate...getting harder every year

If I were looking for another truck it wouldn't have DEF, DPF or any other hateful EPA mandated stuff on it...I'd rebuild my 35 year old truck again or Glider it if you can still get one, or buy a 2000 and older and spend the money freshening it up
