The parts you're looking for, used on a few body platforms over a few years, are available new. I can't remember where I got mine for my '69 Sport Fury, but believe Van's has them. I'd check Dante's and with Bob Baker as well.

That trim piece is aluminum if I'm not mistaken. I've never seen one in anything other than body color.

The corresponding holes on my wheel are 9 3/4" inches on center. My wheel doesn't have the mounting bushings as well although I don't know if they're missing or not required. It appears that part isn't interchangeable with out fab. I'm at a loss as to what I actually need to make this wheel...

Do any other wheels fit a tilt column and still tilt?

My wheel is the optional four spoke wheel for a tilt column. I'm not looking for an aftermarket wheel, rather an original like the one pictured above in the lower right.
