    1970 Seat Foam

If you can find good density foam you can layer it to get the thickness you need, and a electric carving knife (for you turkey or ham) works excellent for cutting, and with some practice you can do some shaping. I don't know if it is something you are down for trying. Just putting it out there.

Installing shoulder belts in non shoulder belt car

You need to spread the load out wide with attachment to sheet metal. Preferred would be behind existing sheet metal to force a pull through, if at all possible. Safety first. I would like to put a modern 3 point belt in my 68 Charger but much like everyone else no time, no ambition, at least...

    Weak seat belt retraction

The light oil that is on them new may not be all that light anymore, plus the dust and such clogging it up. If the belts look good I would at least try a clean up. Pull them and clean them up with a bucket full of hot, dish soap water. Once clean some sewing machine oil or marvel mystery oil...

    Just dashes

I would say the dash pad went on the dash, then the dash went into the car as a whole assembly, then the windshield goes in, at the factory. The only way on a slab side is windshield must come out, your wasting time and energy any other way, which is not that hard with lots of lube, I use hand...

    '68 - '69 C-Body/B-Body Bucket Seats - Legendary Auto Interiors

Joann fabrics has foam buy it big enough then steal (borrow) your wife's electric knife and trim to fit for rear seat with new burlap or felt to cover springs. The burlap needs to have MIG wire woven in or it will move around and bunch up but it keeps it authentic, felt is easier, also buy felt...

    Dashboard removal

If you have a gasket around your windshield it has to come out the bolts are under the thick part.at the bottom and go straight vertical down. If you have a press and stick windshield byutle bead the bolts angle with the windshield, and it does not have to come out although still makes it easier.
