    Ain’t gonna be no rematch!

As for the spun cam bearing, Triple Pickle indicated some uneasiness about the installation in the first place... what was up? Misaligned oil hole or spot rubbing? One person asked if just that individual bearing could be replaced. Answer - no, you have to purchase a complete set, and all...

Beautiful car. I remember when this one was moved out of its barn / bramble thicket years ago. Sounds like some chicanery on the judging. Are they feeding the judging points through a Dominion machine? haha....

@sixpkrt I'm curious about the Hurricanebird, as in what exactly happened (aside from it being pushed out by crashing waves). Did you rap with the owner by chance? I wonder if it was completely submerged, how much corrosion did it suffer, and did all the fluids leak out, etc.... And, thanks for...

Awesome photos, thanks for sharing. The Hurricane'd Superbird reminds me of this 1970 Fury III that made the rounds a while back....I seem to recall that the owner is/was a member here?

How about a derby build thread??

I'm sure that exists, somewhere. Derby threads be like the politics topics...one should have to enable viewing, otherwise the default will be whistling while looking the other way....

How about a derby build thread??

Giving New Life To An LL1 Dark Turquoise 1967 Plymouth VIP, A True Garage Find.....

I've heard that Hydrogen peroxide is a good cleaner for fungus, but there are other mold cleaners out there too (besides bleach). You might consider removing the seat covers and treating the foam too depending on how deep the growth is. Once it's infested and the right conditions happen again...

    NYB Emblem Restoration

Wow, looks great. Thanks for the info on the Crystal Clear, that looks like a legitimate product. I had used just the low-end clear epoxy called Enviro-tex lite "Pour-On" that I got at the hardware store. The website says that the 202 is for 1/16" to 1/2", while the others are for thicker...

    NYB Emblem Restoration

I used a clear pourable epoxy to restore the emblems on my NYB. After two years in the sun, its surface discolored and turned brown. If you park your car indoors, it'll probably be fine...not sure what else would work. The original plastic didn't hold up either.....
