Waldron's offers reproductions as close to original as you'll get. Insulated too. Walkers are non insulated. I did a trial and error on my dual system with a few different mufflers (documented in a thread here somewhere).

What bolts are you using? I have found that the originals work best....they expand and contract with temperature at the same rate as the cast iron logs. If stainless or other metal is used, with different expansion rate, this can cause premature gasket failure.

Looking at the photos above and the ones on waldrons' website, they have straight cuts on their tail pipe tips. I wonder if they will cut them "correct" if requested? Or make' 'am a little longer so the customer could cut them as desired? I need a new exhaust system!

You had better luck than I did on that stud... We had to drop the GD column down too just to get to it.

They look like they provide better spark plug access too.
