    Sold The Fury

Yeah the bug is a lot of fun and a really different crowd enjoys it, I originally built it for my teenage daughter to learn how to drive stick, I taught her how to shift and drive it but it didn't take, and then bought her an automatic sedan Dodge avenger, go figure. I don't want to stray...

Guys, Stan asked that I inform the crew over here. I sold the Fury, I was all set to take the Fury to the Nats with the idea of getting it judged in the show, Having the car up there gave the distinct possibility of selling it since it was advertised for quite awhile. A great Mopar Guy...

1966 Sport Fury 440 'vert One of Two - Hemmings find of the day

Just a couple of comments about the nimrod who owned or owns the car and what they did. The inverted emblem on the back seat is an epic FAIL, not to be outdone by the horn button on the dash and the exposed speaker under the driver side A/C vent. I can go on but.......... gotta get back to work

Sorry didn't mean to confuse. its not mine, I don't have the funds to buy it. I am doing an engine swap for the owner, tired 340 for a reman 360. He is not able to do it himself at the moment. He asked me to list it for sale since he is selling off all his toys to buy a 58 Corvette ragtop.

64 GMC, that comment although in gest, will hurt 66 sportfury a little. he just had his trunk and tailamp bezels dented up, and really knows about how hard it is to finance a project. mostly our beloved one year, one model only cars.

New to the forum 1965 Fury III 2 door hard top

They share many overall parts, but differ when it comes to trim and details. For example the doors and fenders interchange but the trim does not, this is also true for trim levels, Sport Fury trim is different than Fury III and Fury II and so on, glass is the same but the door panels, seats...

New to the forum 1965 Fury III 2 door hard top

Welcome aboard. (Sea Body Pun intended) sounds like you have a nice project to work on, you will find a lot of the 65 and 66 are different, the interiors and trim and the complete back half, even the doors and fenders have differences. So there really isn't a lot that you can mix and match...

Some work today on "BIG GIRL"

John, You did a nice job man, I am glad to hear that the damage to the deck lid itself was minor, I would imagine the hinges got a little tweeked so check the alignment. I will keep an eye out for some nice Sport Fury tail panels for you, but it looks good as is.

Pro-Street 66 Fury is going through a few changes.

Stan, I thought the question was rhetorical, sorry. after removing the bezel I cut out the framed edge around the ribbed or serrated center section, then I used a several portions of the ribbed/serrated area from second dash bezel, (the right side where the heat, clock and radio are)...

I posted that picture because I was asked about the wheel tubs or something in the trunk area, that photo was shot during reassembly. no bumper, no trim , no trunklid, etc., etc...... here is a finished trunk pic.

    Really upset ATM...

John, keep in mind on the Fury I that the outer bezel and the reverse light bezel have a smaller surround, they don't have a shadow line around them like the III or Sport. Your outer light bezels are wider than the Fury I reverse light bezel, They just wont line up. Anyway because you have...
