Well, you can't chrome plate plastic, that's one problem. Unless you count the trash used on modern vehicles, and I'm pretty sure that's not exactly chrome. What I can do though, is print a mold for that part needed, create a wax casting, then cast that in plaster, and do an aluminum cast pour...

It's not a full-depth radio, because it has no CD player. It only goes back a couple inches, and it required a LOT of finagling to get it in there.
