I don't remember. I think it's called mirror wrap. I just google'd chrome wrap and picked an image. The mirror wrap stuff can be had in colors as well, like blue and red. You tend to see it on custom Harleys a lot.

Looks like a good candidate for chrome wrap to me. Or maybe gold if that's you thing.
