Here's a set of five driver-quality wheel covers for a 1965 New Yorker. I can't use them anymore since I went to 15" wheels. One is very nice, four are decent. Some scratches at center ring of stainless part. The plastic centers are not cracked. Three out of five are missing the spring ring...

The centers can be made to fit. The aluminum wheels have tapped holes that hold the center cap bracket on. This is the same bolt pattern that the Road Wheel centers use. So you could drill out the tapped holes for clearance holes and put the Road Wheel centers on. Polara66Hardtop is right...
