The windshield corner is a much broader curve on the mystery car.

Cortina was one of my first thoughts. It’s not a Cortina. Windshield line is totally wrong.

Photoshopped? Nah. Custom maybe.

Pay particular attention to the windshield outline; it looks more like a rear window to me. This thing is weird. Also, it’s kinda small or the dog is huge! But I really have no idea what it is.
