    My 69 Formal . I think for next year I'm going to put the skirts back on it and steelies with the factory full wheel covers. Goes good for the size....440 with edelbrock heads ,six barrel , TTi headers and exhaust with a 3000 stall and 355's. Sixty nine formal production is under 3000.

    Correct...the ridged part goes down. The other giveaway is the rear of the mldg....the cut outs face down for water drainage.
