    Mopar-related images

Nice sunny March day today, so friends and I met for lunch. We all brought our green Mopars to celebrate St Patrick's Day (a few days early). Mine is the one in the middle. We chose a table on the deck overlooking the parking lot.

    Let's see your Mopars

    My A,B,C's (not counting non-running projects) 3 A's, 4 B's and two C's. Guess that gives me a 3.1 GPA

Who here has classic A, B, or E- bodies in addition to your C-body?

I think in this case, the lack of a "C" in your collection means you get an "I" for Incomplete. Not an "F". You can still complete your assignment and pass. Just buy that C body.

Who here has classic A, B, or E- bodies in addition to your C-body?

Love that yellow Coronet. I had a white 66 500 hardtop back in the 80's. Have three 67s now. I've had the red and blue ones for many years. Love yellow on that body style, so added the yellow 67 when it turned up a few years ago.

Who here has classic A, B, or E- bodies in addition to your C-body?

Quite the collection. I've got a 67 B body wagon too. But, its a long way from being on the road. Sold another 67 B body wagon (getting picked up tomorrow) to buy the 66 Polara vert that just arrived a couple weeks ago.

Who here has classic A, B, or E- bodies in addition to your C-body?

Beautiful Barracudas! I bought my white 68 fastback in 1985 too! And I'm partial to 2nd gen Barracudas.

Who here has classic A, B, or E- bodies in addition to your C-body?

I love my C-bodies, but I was into B and A bodies first and won't be giving those up. I know I see some of the members here also posting on ForABodiesOnly, and ForBBodiesOnly. Just curious who else here has other (perhaps more mainstream) Mopars along with their C-bodies. So those of you who...

Photos of Vintage Auto Dealerships, Repair Shops, and Gas Stations

The old Pine Motor Company building in Winchester, Virginia. I hear there's still a ramp inside that was built for vehicle access to the second floor.

Pulled out my Sport Fury and Coronet today while I was cleaning the garage.

This may not be a very old statue. It sits outside an otherwise unmarked shop in northern Virginia that specializes in high dollar vintage imports.

    Some more classic pictures

On paper, this looked like a good idea. Load the cars onto the trailer at the one centrally located factory. Ship the trailers to the closest rail yard to the final destinations, then drive away the trucks to the dealers. The fewer times the cars needed to be loaded and unloaded, the more...

    Some more classic pictures

Petty's truck is still around. The box is gone. The cab was painted white long ago. But, the white paint is peeling in places, revealing the Petty Blue paint underneath. I saw it in September at the Tri-State Truck show near Winchester, Virginia.
