    SOLD 1962 Chrysler 300 Sport w/426 Wedge

Everyone was asking for additional details about the car, not criticizing the car/price or making off-topic chit-chat. If I was a moderator I wouldn't have a problem with this thread.

For Sale 66 Newport Convertible for Sale or Trade

That is a 383. Owner said he added the 4-bbl intake and carb, so presumably a 383 2-bbl originally. The voltage regulator used is described as a "constant output" one, which is supposedly a race-only piece. I did run one myself for several years and had no problems, but YMMV. Is that a...

For Sale 1966 Chrysler 300 Parts

I would be interested to see the seats, interior door and rear interior panels if they are very good, map light and antenna if it has power antenna. If this is a Canadian 300 that does not have wrap-around taillights, I'd like to see pics of those also. I'm in Hamilton area so can drive to...

Just that it has been discussed here before in a previous forum thread.

SOLD Not Mine 1965 Chrysler Newport Convertible - $32,000 - Bushnell, Fla.

I can tell from the linkage that the carb has been replaced, probably with an Edelbrock AFB/AVS. If so, the factory aircleaner base won't fit without modification. The factory AFB had a smaller diameter throat than the newer ones.

...or those trim rings are so big they don't look like trim rings. :)

For Sale 1978 dodge magnum xe - $5200 not mine

What trim rings? Those are polished aluminum wheels with center caps.

For Sale 1978 dodge magnum xe - $5200 not mine

I would have to agree, in showroom spec anyhow. By 1978 they were already using nostalgia for the muscle car era to sell new cars. At least these cars still had potential if you wanted to rework the drivetrain. I do think these look pretty cool for their era. I'm surprised to see one today...

For Sale '66 NYer at Minnesota dealer for $10,950 (NM)

That is not Turbine Bronze. Paint code Q is "Spanish Red" metallic, which is the same colour as my dad's Windsor. 1966 NYer came standard with a 350hp 440 with single snorkel air cleaner. 440 TNT at 365hp was an optional engine for all 1966 Chryslers. And as you said, the tubes should be round...

For Sale Not Mine : 66 Newport w/65K miles

Are you specifically looking for saddle bronze coloured interior trim? As someone already suggested, start a thread in the parts wanted forum.

For Sale Teal 1966 Chrysler Windsor sedan (Saskatoon, Canada)

Red dipstick tube, handle, power steering pump are all correct. Pulleys should also be red. Also, at the Windsor plant the engines were painted after mating to the transmission, so there should be red overspray on the bellhousing.

For Sale 1966 Chrysler 300 Saddle Bronze $4500 OBO

Pot metal, a.k.a. "white metal", is basically a crappy alloy of mostly aluminum and zinc. Aluminum would probably be better in every regard. There is a process to chrome-plate rigid plastics with real chrome. Armrest bases on our old Mopars are chrome plated-plastic. AFAIK it is still done the...

For Sale 1966 Chrysler 300 Saddle Bronze $4500 OBO

It's interesting that you're starting in very much the same position that I was in when I embarked on the resto of my '66 Windsor. The parts stash in the corner looks similar, including the rear fenders cut from a 4-door. The paint colour of your car is even the same as mine! BTW, if you have a...

If I could, I'd take the '59 Windsor 4-door hardtop.

For Sale 1966 Monaco drop top ($19.9k) Ontario

Quite right you are. Sorry, for some reason I had a brain fart and thought that was a 65, not a 66, when replying to @Fratzog 's post. I have amended my comment.

For Sale 1966 Monaco drop top ($19.9k) Ontario

As far as I know, the shifter with the chrome tulip knob was only used with rod-linkage 727s. 1966 should have been the first year for that console and shifter, so it would be correct. The top with woodgrain may have been later though?

For Sale 1966 Monaco drop top ($19.9k) Ontario

If this is $20k Canadian that is a good price. If we are being nitpicky, the engine should have been painted red since this is a Canadian-built car and the black fenderwells are incorrect, but most people wouldn't notice. I would toss the aftermarket skirts. Been converted to dual-reservoir...

    For Sale 1965 Chrysler 300L

I've had a few pictures that had that upload problem. The system simply would not accept them. I loaded them into a drawing program, cropped them slightly just so that they were changed a bit and then resaved them, and then I could upload them here. Beautiful car BTW! :)
