So true! I find your stories of what it was like from within the company very interesting. Happy New Year!

For Sale Not Mine 1976 Chrysler Cordoba - $6,500 - Westminster, Calif.

Like I said...my experience vs yours. I was there too and I would say it was not until 71 that the issues were settled out. I don't see how you can disagree with someone else's experience. You just had a different experience.

For Sale Not Mine 1976 Chrysler Cordoba - $6,500 - Westminster, Calif.

If I was going to the trouble of getting another Cordoba, it'd have to be a 77. High mark of the breed. Not often that you see a Cordoba with the full vinyl top. I wonder if it is a real P code...also rare. As for build quality problems for C bodies, the first batch Fuselage cars were the...

SOLD Not Mine 1978 Dodge magnum XE coupe - $5,800 - Southborough, Mass.

I'm surprised. A nice car at a fair/ reasonable price. Very refreshing as most of the cars I've seen for sale are overpriced junk. Damn "reality" car shows...

    SOLD Not Mine 1979 Chrysler 300 - $1,700 - Lawrence, Kan.

This one has been converted to Electronic ignition...note the orange ECU on the firewall.

SOLD Trim Beauty Rings 14 Inch

How deep? The big problem with most 14 inch rings is that they are GM deep rings that won't fit on Mopar Magnum 500 rims or Rallyes.

For Sale Not mine-86 NYer. Looks new! $6500

One of the most reliable cars you could hope to own. Even the LB problems were worked out on these cars. Mine still has the LB and continues on without a problem. Biggest complaint is that these cars are low on power (as everything 80's was). You'll get there, just not very fast.

For Sale Not mine-1978 Dodge Magnum XE - $3500

Magnums are few and far between now and tough to get parts for...especially the front grille plastic trim which is almost always missing in some fashion. It was not a Canada only thing when new. They just didn't sell that many.

For Sale 1981 CHRYSLER IMPERIAL WHEELS

Imperial wheels...aka "snowflake" wheels. Also used on 5th Aves. The ones you have for sale are commonly called "Mirada" wheels...although they were also used on M bodys. Love'em.

For Sale 1983 Chrysler Imperial - $1250 (Los angeles)

    In 1981, 148 Franks. In 1982, 279 Franks.

For Sale 1979 New Yorker on ebay in Ohio

I spent a lot of hours behind the wheels of R body NY and Newports. Newports lasted far better than the NY in the rust belt in my experience. Worst draw back to restoring these is the Aluminum bumpers...nobody will touch them (at least no chrome I found). The best thing I could find was a shop...

Should have white walls to complete the "period look" I should think. I imagine those were replaced.

For Sale This beats the Aspen! Claimed 4k miles '81 Imp for $10.9k in MN

Shouldn't an 81 have red "Imperial" crystal centres on the snowflake wheels? Leads me to believe that the car may have had the wire wheel covers originally, and somebody added the snowflakes along the line somewhere.
