I cannot find anything on those numbers to answer my question so can you power the antenna up and see if all stainless steel or has the grey plastic piece in between the two sections. That would determine if a standard or CB combo antenna. When done you can power it down.

The best quality for points and inside cap contacts are copper. They last longer and less prone to failure. Those are the ones to get, may cost more but worth it.
