    fuel pickup from MoparMall and rear sway bar incompatibility

    It took me 3 tries to find a fuel pickup that fit correctly on mine, and I've got some incorrect, (for my car), units for sale here.

    1964 push button to 1965 console shifter

    I thought that was what you were saying, I just wanted to make sure I understood as I'm about to tear into my first auto (a 65 of course) and wanted to be clear if there was an issue mixing and matching within that year.

    1964 push button to 1965 console shifter

    So, are you telling me that if I use a 65 column shifted 727 to replace the console shifted 727 in my 65 Polara I have to swap the roostercombs between them? (Both 65, one column shifted and one console shifted.) Sorry to beat this subject, but all I've done to this point with an auto is...

    1964 push button to 1965 console shifter

    Yeah, the park cable is separate from the shifter cable in 65, no idea on 65 shifter alignment with a 64 trans tho.

    I realized today that I don’t like my wagon.

    That makes it sound like it's a whole lot easier to find the sweet spot for your setup. In my experience they're quite nice OOTB but getting them really sweet takes some doing, I've never had their tuning chart fit my build exactly.

    Transmission Crossmember

    Not terribly unusual, but....... look inside the tunnel of the cross member - there's a bolt on each end that goes up - make sure they're in place.

    Engine mount, pass side Fury -65 383

    How about a photo of the driver's side anyway? Humor me please, I am always curious when someone mentions something like "New mount and bracket from engine-swaps in place". I'd like to see what they built and how, and there's always the possibility they did something that would shift the...

    Engine mount, pass side Fury -65 383

    It looks to be assembled correctly, but it seems to be preloaded rearward. What does the driver's side mount look like?

    Drive Line Angle will drive you crazy

    Yes it is. At least I think it is, I didn't mark it in any way to check that.

    Drive Line Angle will drive you crazy

    I called and talked to them and the answers sounded good - "We can balance that type shaft and if there's any issues with repairing your old joint we have a new adapter to convert the front of your shaft to a u joint.". So I sent it in and got a call Friday, "It's all ready to go, that'll be...

    “Jackie Blue” will get a fresh engine rebuild!

    Loved me some Ozark Mtn Daredevils back in the day, still have a few records. Saw the car's name and immediately started humming the tune.

    1972 Fury Motormounts 360 -> 440

    I was forgetting that part, are they the same length? (the transmissions I mean)

    1972 Fury Motormounts 360 -> 440

    904 to 727?? I may be wrong but I'm thinking they're different lengths so you'll likely need to shorten your driveshaft also. Anyone know for sure?

    Drive Line Angle will drive you crazy

    I don't have a photo off the top, but Ma last used them on 65 manual trans cars. Ball and Trunnion is the more common or proper term, I usually default to Detroit Style which is a real old skool term as I understand. I fixed my previous post.
