    Air conditioner

Having used all 3 types of refrigerant over the last 30 years (R22, R134A, and butane types), it's all about optimizing pressure and charge weight to maximize cooling performance. Regarding the valves - I have run my systems with and without the various pressure valves as well - currently...

    Air conditioner

68 Town and Country Spare Tire Cover

They're not a great design, and start to flex as they get older. Mine does the same thing. Plus they crack in the sun. You can carefully try bending up the two tabs on the cover that clip under the edge of the opening to provide more grip. Or, as you thought, try some velcro on those areas...

REAR TAILGATE INSIDE WIPERS??! 1968 DODGE MONACO

Quite rare. Wonder if it fits a 66 tailgate... if so, Dan, I might be interested in the system. Do you have the dash control for it etc.?

    Dual air.

Did you keep all the parts from the rear AC system? There are a lot of specific parts that would be hard to fabricate - plastic pillar covers that hide the lines, special clips, pipes, drain hoses, AC lines with Amorcoil protection that run under the car, T unions for the suction and high...
