I'm thinking '69 is the same as '70, since the bumpers interchange. Without the bumper guard there is a filler piece (but there might not be for '69), then the bumper guard goes in front of the filler. The pic you show will need the additional holes drilled for the guard. Hope that helps...

Do you know if C Body parts translate to E body parts? I do not think the C body column stalk is the same, but the rest of it looks similar to the '72 New Yorker set up I have.

The struts are 31" long on the passenger side and 27 1/2 " on the driver side, bolt to bolt. The Fury has a smaller wheelbase, but I think the engine compartment is the same, you should measure to make sure.

Can't say I've ever seen a fastener like that before, must be unique to this trim. Even the screws for the lower 300 trim on my car are simple sheet metal screws.

Time to break out the 3d printer.
