Gold Members get that feature, us mere mortals are relegated to sending emails with pics attached. There is a way around, If you have a Google drive. You can upload photos to the photo app, copy the link and paste it into the private message.

Go to add and remove programs in settings and uninstall the offending browser. Then run a deep virus scan program and get rid of any malware. You should be able to reinstall a fresh copy of the browser or just use Firefox. That’s what I use on my Microsoft devices.

Sounds like your browser has been compromised. Have you tried a different browser like Firefox or Edge?

I got the same error last night, along with multiple “oops something went wrong“ banners when I tried to search or like a post. It all seems fine now.

Hijacking the game with the kneeling protest had the same reaction as hijacking a thread for a product protest, I'd guess.

I've not had a singe issue with PST, but would like to hear of user woes in the proper thread and context. Of course, the first line of defense is to reach out to the vendor, if they refuse to make it right then by all means, the gloves should come off.
