With your new combination you are on the right track.

    Valley pan

I would use the gasket as is with the passage blocked. If you are going with a Edelbrock intake it shouldn't have a open passage there. Double check to make sure. If you have stock exhaust manifolds hopefully the heat riser valve on the passenger manifold is stuck open or has been removed. That...

    Valley pan

Heat riser passageway is blocked off. If your heat riser is operational and you need it, you could open the ports on both sides.

72 Fury 360 Radiator Cap -- vents coolant -- is this correct?

If you fill it to the neck it will seek it's own level. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Yep 1" below is where it needs to be. There needs room in the top tank for it to expand and the level to rise. You obviously don't have a overflow reservoir.

1973 Town & Country radiator needed

If you're going to spend that much send your original radiator to Glen Ray in Wisconsin. It will probably cost you less than $1000

    AC Condenser 67 Monaco

Start a parts wanted thread and see if someone has a good used one. You can get a fin comb and straighten it up to make it look quite nice.

    Radiator Overheat.

You are having a large overheating issue so anything in the system, new or old, is suspect.

And is the serp. driving the pump backwards? There could be a mismatch of parts.

1966 Chrysler 300 non AC car fan shroud

A shroud would help. A 5 or 6 blade clutch fan would also help. Make sure your radiator cap holds pressure. Nice looking engine. I like those valve covers!

    Fan Belt Part#2951152

If you do find the application, I wouldn't trust a 50 year old belt to use on a classic car unless your car is a museum piece.

    RADIATOR ID: 3443951

It's interesting that number isn't listed in my Galen part number book. The numbers before and after were. I found the application on FABO from a Gent from Sweden that restores cars. He is very knowledgeable and I would trust his information.

Not an easy unclip job to take a look. It might just have a leaf or Maple tree seed in the blower case.

radiator overflow after it sits for a while

If the conditions are right and the cap leaks, the system will maintain the pressure as long as the engine runs. When the engine is shut off and the pressure bleeds out quickly through a leaky cap, the boiling point goes from 250°+ back to 212° in short order. (3° rise in boiling point for each...

radiator overflow after it sits for a while

How full is your radiator? It should be a inch below the bottom of the neck to give the coolant a place to expand. These old systems don't have a overflow tank. I would replace the radiator cap. If it looses pressure quickly after the engine is shut off the coolant will superheat and boil over.

70 Dodge. Empty system-how do I know if it was filled with R134A or R12?

A freon identifier will do the job. Now you need to find a shop that has one. It sounds like you may not know for sure because of the caps. I fill mine through the low side so I would have a conversion on the low side line. I have seen it done both ways. Just a bit different procedure.

Runs TOOOO Hot for my Liking!

Put the thermostat in a pan of water on the stove with a thermometer in the 150-212 range and watch the thermostat open. You may have to go through 2 or 3 to get one that works correctly.
