The 65 was odd due to the remnants of the cable shift system, I am not sure what else may be different. Mark

    65 and 66 tilt columns are completely different beasts. The 65 one is related to the non tilt 65 Chrysler column, with a lot of differences. 66 tilt columns are a completely different Saginaw sourced tilt and telescope unit; pretty identical to the GM car pieces down to the steering wheel...
