I am posting this For Sale listing for a friend of mine who is a body man in Southern California and has the front doors (one has the intenals - the other does not), hood, right front fender and some associated parts (see photos). They are rust free but some have some minor dents/dings but...

That is correct, as the overlay is held on by the same screws that the lens are, only maybe a little longer.

The red lenses are identical between 1970 and 1971 models and the housings are as well. For 1971 all that changed was Chrysler added an overlay of the lenses to change the look of the rear end a little.

Maybe you could tell us more about these parts. They seem to be used but the photos are taken from a distance such that it is hard to tell if there is visible pitting up close and whether the black areas have been touched up or??????? Or maybe you could describe their condition on a scale of 1...

While the one you have Chris would probably fit a 70 or 71, it is actually a 69 Chrysler valence.
