Ever see brake booster like this?

That looks like a HydraVac type unit from something European. They didn't call it Power Brakes over there, it was Servo Assist or something. What is it on? Kevin

Grease the gear shaft and bendix on my starter? 57 301 v8

Gun oil is pretty light I think for that application and would dissipate quickly. I would use a thin coating of Lubriplate/white grease on all the moving parts except the pinion/ring gear. It's light enough that the cold shouldn't affect it too much but thick enough to stay put and not run...

    Disc Brake Conversion

You may want to investigate replacement parts availability on those Imperial rear discs before you commit to that path. My understanding is they are made of unobtainium. Kevin

In keeping with the Corvette part, make the fenders and hood from fiberglass. That looks great, colors and all! All that it needs now is a Hellcat engine swap. Kevin

Shot a Walk around Video of my Cinnamon 1961 Chrysler 300G

I don't know if that puts you in first place on the You Suck List or not but you are definitely on The Podium. My favorite Forward Look and colour. How far off Turbine Bronze would that colour be? Kevin

1959 Chrysler 300E Parts. Any demand?

Add Mike McCandless to the list to contact. His Dad Herb is into those cars and might have some use for it or know someone that does. If nothing else he could give you some direction on its true value as it sits. Those folks are straight shooters. http://mccandlesscollection.com/ Kevin

Sizing up a brake upgrade for a 55 widsor/300 clone.

Give Ralph a call at ECI. His kits are well engineered and use readily available components. Engineered Components, Inc. - Your One Stop Brake Shop! What size are the brakes on the car? He doesn't list a kit for a 55 Chrysler but he does for a 55 Dodge with 11" brakes but specifically NOT for...

    1961 Dodge Dart Pioneer D-500

If I was going to all the trouble of putting a floor shift in it and I wasn't a stickler for absolute originality which given the floor shift conversion I'm not, I would also be considering a 4 speed transmission. An NP833OD from an early 80's D100 pickup would be a cheap buy in and the OD...

    59 dodge input needed

Is it a 3 speed Torqueflite? The trans you want to find that allows a 62 up big block but still retains the Ebrake on the trans is a 62 Chrysler. First year for the aluminum Torqueflite, last year for the trans mounted drum Ebrake. Kevin
