Curious to see what it looks like, especially the 69-70 Polaras

My car sits a bit too high in the back (at least for me :) ) It has these shocks with coil springs attached to them, would the ride height change if I put regular shocks in there instead? Here a pic, I know it's a bit hard to see

Just wondering, I would possibly like to put the 70-72 Challenger style wheels, but it seems like most of the used ones are the 14" size. Don't feel like spending thousands of dollars on new ones. Would like 22570r14 tires handle/steer that much worse than the 23570r15 that I have now?

I have wheels that the previous owner said came from a mid-80s Gran Fury/Diplomat on my 69 Polara. I'd like to know what size trim rings would fit, it's currently black wheels with dog dish center caps. I think they are 15x7 wheels but not 100% on that
