    Lower hose spring for a 413 V8

    OK here is the story. In looking for hoses for the 65 413 I see that it is hard to fine a lower hose with the spring in it. I see that the cure is a 13" X 1 5/8" spring that Ford web sites sell. Is this a legitimate fix? Other options? Thanks for the info you have.....

    Paint or no paint on the Air Condistioner condenser?

    So the car is a post January1965 build New Yorker wagon and I got the replacement A/C condenser but need to paint it or not? And did the car get a "Air Condition by Auto Temp" decal on a window? I know 66 and up did but 65?

    Need help on a 65 NY heater hose with A/C

    Really stupid but I am not finding were each hose goes to on the firewall in the manual. A bit of searching the manual over load. It has 4 points for the hoses. Lower left is a water valve. I assume that is the "in point". then were does the "out" from it go? To the next fitting up? and then the...
