It's been awhile since I've updated anyone on the progress of my 66'. Still have some work to do, need to have the interior done (I'm not even going to attempt that) but everything else you see I've completed in my backyard. Part 1.

Racking my brain on a good place to mount a small Tach. Any suggestions and pics would be appreciated. Steering column is out since the only decent place to mount it and keep it clean looking rotates with the column shifter. I already have a 3 set gauge mounted under the dash ashtray...pic just...

Well I played weekend warrior for months on this old girl. I finally got the the metal right and the side skirts ride again! Now if I can just find that ever elusive driver side taillight bezel!!

Been awhile since I've posted an update, still weekend grinding on this thing. Not a mechanic, not a fabricator, just wanted to build a car with my son. Getting closer to paint every day. Been a few mistakes but proud of the work we've done so far.

Just wanted to share some progress with the 300, engine is out and has been machined. Replaced the crank and 2 rods. I stayed with the 516 heads, had hardened seats put in and blended the bowls, surfaced the heads. Finishing the rebuild now with a little bigger cam, new lifters and springs...
