    Racking my brain on a good place to mount a small Tach. Any suggestions and pics would be appreciated.     Been awhile since I've posted an update, still weekend grinding on this thing. Not a mechanic, not a fabricator, just wanted to build a car with my son. Getting closer to paint every day. Been a few mistakes but proud of the work we've done so far.

    Just wanted to share some progress with the 300, engine is out and has been machined. Replaced the crank and 2 rods. I stayed with the 516 heads, had hardened seats put in and blended the bowls, surfaced the heads. Finishing the rebuild now with a little bigger cam, new lifters and springs...
