1959 Desoto Firedome Sedan - $13,500 - Boise, Idaho

1959 Desoto Firedome *Masked viewings only* Youtube videos, showing operation and functionality: -A prime example of Virgil Exner's "Forward Look". Massive tail fins. Rocket ship tail lights. Push-button, automatic transmission. -Power Steering and Power brakes -Great condition. 383 V8 engine runs strong. -Odometer reads approximately 87,500 (I believe this to be the true original mileage, based on the condition of the interior and the lack of pedal wear. -All-original interior in great shape. Almost perfect. Still has soft foam in the seats and a flawless padded dash. -Body and paint are nice--A few small dings and a couple of specks of rust. Some rust repair has been done in the trunk. -Chrome is nice. Some light oxidation speckling can be seen in the direct sun. -Everything works except for the gas gauge--likely the sending unit--and the rear license plate light. -Radio works perfectly -Comes with owner's manual, service manuals and a sales brochure.
