1964 Imperial shock mount plate repair

Hey is there any way to replace a shock mount bolt on imperial shock mount plates?

The threads on the end of the bolt have been damaged and the end looks like it was hammered in and mashed to one side.

I was wondering if you can simply replace the bolts or should I try to look for a new plate?

I'll take a photo of it when I can! Thank you!
