hey guys I'm having a bit of trouble finding out which rear end I have in my car.. a lot of contradicting stuff online. Can anyone help?

Tried to get underneath the car to check the casing... I don't fit lol. Will have to get it off the ground first

if the rear has no cover bolted on its an 8 3/4. your head cant be that fat.

Why do you need to know which casing? Or is it just data mining.

No, summit racing website asks the casing type... 489, 741 or 742 when purchasing ring and pinion

Another example of what I'm talking about... asking about 741 or 742 casing. I can get it off the rear but I'll have to get it off the ground. To damn low
