Ok, car is on supports and almost against te wall. Working on axle, brakes and underside of car.

Backup lights, cannot really see them in the current position. Was wondering how to change bulbs on them since they don´t work. I see two holes in the lens. Are there screws in there somewhere?
Or are you supposed to change bulbs from the very narrow backside of the unit? If that is the case, I'd better do that while the car is still up in the air.

You need to pull the lens to change the bulb. Looks like the screws are already missing so I would say the lens is stuck to the housing by the gasket. Those lights ground through the housing, so be sure there’s continuity from the socket to the body. Many of these types of housing get corrosion/rust in the socket and the bulb then has no path to ground.

I concur, there should be some Phillips-head chrome screws in those screw holes.

I also concur that the gasket has probably age-stuck the lens to the housing. With a small Phillips-head screwdriver, sometimes you can insert the screwdriver and then carefully apply some "push up" on the lens to get it to break loose. Sometimes you have to use other means to get the lens out, which can either chip it slightly or crack it.

MIGHT procure some extra lenses BEFORE you get too involved in this repair. Nice when they work, but I doubt they would need to work for any state vehicle safety inspection. Even if you remove the housing assy from the bumper, you'll still need to get the lens out somehow.

When you get it all apart, also notice the small, white "filter" on the bottom edge of where the lens seals against the housing. A "filter" to keep dust out of the housing. Might use a filter cigarette filter (which is kind of what it looked like to me, years ago), but a "Band-Aid'-type gauze might work, too.

Just some thoughts and observations,

if neither work are you sure they're getting power? Might be something further up the line. (tho' you need to do something about those missing screws anyway). good luck!
