Confusing for whether paint and seats need redone or already have been - since we haven't been shown the interior and there are some rust specs at the driver fender wheel lip.
Either way, $11,000 seems a bit optimistic.

Interestingly, if it's not an original 4-barrel engine someone converted it with factory parts, and apparently with an AFB due to teh small-neck aircleaner that's on it. But didn't install KD linkage or a throttle cable.
And the PS pump is missing the rubber bumper in the bracketry, as seen by the polished mark on the water pump pulley.
