I have found that guy's like him around my area post their craigslist ads like that but use $1. I think it's just to get you to read their ad because they put their real price in the listing

It is definitely a keeper. Not a fan of the blacked out chrome on this one, but looks clean.

That is so when you put a price range - "$1 - $10,000", it's guaranteed to come up, even if the real price is $25K.
