1968 Chrysler 300 Fast Top,
440 V8 (standard not HP), 727 Torqueflite 3 speed auto, 8 3/4 rear end (2070742) with 2.76 gears, power steering/brakes and windows, air conditioning
RESTORED,
NEW: paint, interior (seats re-upholstered, carpet & headliner), weather-stripping, windshield, vinyl top, dual exhaust with Flowmaster 50 Series mufflers, starter, 15” tires and rims, wheel alignment, brakes (wheel cylinders and soft lines), rear window motors, brake booster and master cylinder, fuel sending unit, fuel rubber neck, shocks, voltage regulator, electronic distributor, REBUILT ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION, 1406 Edelbrock 4 barrel with electric choke, comes with the original air cleaner and original 14” tires and 300 hubcaps, everything works except ac and blower, am/fm MULTIPLEX radio system (rare), CONSOLE shift (rare), have history (and paperwork + build sheet) back to when it was sold new in September 1967 @ Alexander Chrysler-Plymouth dealership in Portland, OR. One family owned car until I purchased it. When the car was painted, they did not paint the engine compartment and they painted the valve covers blue instead of the correct turquoise. Just small details I want to point out, also apologize for the Mustang rubber floor mats (couldn't
find Chrysler ones in that color).
Like most restored cars it is not perfect as this is not a trailer queen, it is however very nice and clean with no rust or hidden issues. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer one with these options and color combo! Clean Title in my name and parked in my shop in Gooding, ID (83330)
Lots more money invested in this car, but looking to sell for $15000 or trade for 1957, 1958, 1959 or 1960 DeSoto or Chrysler hard top of equal value
