We've all heard the saying "What Happens In Vegas Stays In Vegas" Well this debacle happened in Vegas and really needs to stay there! 1968 Chrysler Custom · Rat Rod

Yeah Chris, I'm a "live & let live" kinda cat. but .....

ad says 440/727 in it. interior clearly outta something late model. I wouldn't a done this through, but perhaps something worse was waiting for it had this project not been taken on.

all that said? Yeah .. this one needs a special buyer .. though I didn't see an asking price for this one .. you?

Well I don't hate the idea but the craftsmanship is non existent. A professional quality design and build might produce a pretty cool custom.
I'm sure it needs a incredible amount of work to make it livable. A slab or a formal of any shape gets my attention.
Like your ad repost for $1500 2 Dr formal, my head starts spinning.

to be clearer, I DONT hate it. I jus DONT rag on folks' stuff. None of my business what folks do with therir stuff.

My strongest demurral is always "I wouldnt a done that". Euphemism for "not my cup of tea".

I guess I am NOT a fan of "rat rod" genre at all. Although, there ARE some cool "rat rods" I have seen, imaginative, unique, craft pieces for sure. Not for me at any price though, but I recognize when somebody has worked hard on a thing.

To be fair, seller isn't advertising this one as "done" so we likely aint seeing it anywhere near its best. We see where they were going on it. Maybe the BIG things are done, but clearly the HARD things to make it cherry remain.

Maybe somebody here will grab it and finish it up. Not gonna see one like it on cruise night, thatd for sure.
