Yea I wonder if it's a real 440 car, PDB has the correct MS & Booster but nothing on the brake pedal trim. Hmmm? And the mis-match of interior colors leads me to believe it's had a interesting life.

The valve covers & air cleaner from the 1970s would make me want to check the engine numbers. Also the taillights & center panel seem out of place; suggesting a Fury I or II trim level.

Going by the tailgate, it is the low line Suburban model. Many of those had crank vs. power tailgates. The Custom Suburban and Sport Suburban's had tail lamps in the tailgate to match the outer tail lamps. Tend to think it does not have the original engine given that it is blue vs. turquoise and as noted above the '70's style air cleaner, which might be from an Imperial given the length of the single snorkel. An interesting car.

Quite a hodge podge of parts on there, hard to tell what it is, (or was). Chrome trim around windows and the grab handles could mean the III model, not sure. Sport fury inserts and the fender turn signals on the front. Looks to have had a bit of body work.

OK Russell. You disagree with me. What do you disagree with? Just don't click disagree and not state your thoughts. No one learns that way.

Being the owner of a 68 sport suburban wagon with factory air that is complete and operational. the air conditioning plumbing dosen't look anything like mine I don't see the drier on the passenger inner fender also the manifold piping coming off the front of the compressor is wrong. as mentioned above front fender emblems are from a sport fury.i believe the fender mounted turn signals were not available on the suburban model as this one appears to be by the tailgate without lights. another thing is the lack of any side trim which I think also indicates a suburban model. Odd to see a aftermarket tranny dipstick attached to the firewall and electronic ignition module and aftermarket coil which might lead one to think that this car had a engine transplant. also color matched door handle bases indicate a low level trim.
think car is way overpriced maybe should be more like $2000.00 to $2250.00
