1968 Polara front fender light

Hi, I'm trying to get my fender directional light to work, but first I need to remove the chrome spear (see attachment), I've already taken the one nut accessible under the fender out, is there something else somewhere, I don't want to break anything, the spear won't pull up. thanks for the help. mike

disregard my request, I googled ebay and found a used piece which showed the second nut way up in the front.

Was that top-edge trim that ran the full length of the car standard or optional on '68 Polara's and Monaco's? '67 never had that.

Could you have both the 1" wide strip that ran along the side (a few inches below the top edge that '67 cars had) and this top-edge trim?
