1969 Chrysler Imperial - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle...
We just brought this Imperial home and it’s still on our trailer. It belonged to a family member who passed away. We haven’t done anything to it other than verify the motor will turn over.
We haven’t tried to run the car and it has no battery. It is a solid car, with a few minor rust bubbles pictured (mostly near rear wheels). The underside and frame are very good as are the door bottoms and door jamb areas. The interior is useable as is with no visible tears but the passenger seat has some sun damage. Clear coat of paint is starting to peel. Vinyl top should be replaced. There are a couple pieces of trim missing around windshield. All glass is good and unbroken. Get the 440 running, do the brakes and drive as is or could be restored completely; it is a low priced starting point for the Imperial fan.
