My guess is a C body person is the potential buyer and knowledgeable C body posters have already found issues. Flipper needs to re-evaluate his price. Love the grilles on this era.

A recap from a quick glance of the previous posts, and probably missing something:
Missing rocker trim, radiator shroud, PW switches need attention, possibly motors/mechanisms also, underhood needs detailed now due to the terrible blue paint (that could've been ignored if seller had left it alone), front valance is a bit flattened.

IMO 15K at best if the repairs will be done by an enthusiast (labor of love), 12,500 if you'd need to pay a shop to tidy these issues.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see this car get picked up for a flip by a large broker house - the shiny paint and overall tidiness of the cosmetics make it an ideal prospect for a weekend's perfuming and listing at $25k. Windows will be fixed, underhood will be semi-detailed, undercarriage in fresh undercoat (exhaust and all!), and it'll still be missing the radiator shroud and rockerpanel trim. When the seller gets tired of no interest, the broker will strongarm with $10-12k cash and this car goes off into the foster care system ad infinitum.

It needs that, the car is in New Yawk after all.....

You bring this...
