This 300 'vert went up for sale in on FB in Kenosha, WI yesterday and is already showing up as sold. I see a fender tag, which would be great for records.

The color shift makes it hard to see the colors, but my guess is EW1 white paint with either blue or black interior. (Edit: this car was originally EB3 with M6B3 bucket interior).

Here is the fender tag, courtesy of @70 Sport Suburban. CM27T0C166973 was bought whole from Wisconsin and is now in Illinois.

Any idea as to what that Warning Notice sign plastered on the driver's window is?
I can't make out any of the wording by magnifying or enlarging the image but most likely a city code/apartment/HOA etc. enforcement abandoned or unregistered car notice to be towed warning.

.

notice to be towed warning
The City of Detroit used these bright red hard-to-remove stickers. The message was basically: Move it or Lose it. A friend from the neighborhood was parting out a rusty mid-sixties B-body when the city slapped a sticker on it. He finished parting out the vehicle, which no longer resembled a car after it was cut up. He then placed the last bit of scrap containing the sticker on top of the pile in the street. As good as their word, the city later showed up with a tow truck, only there was nothing that was towable. So they had to call another truck to haul away the pile of scrap; which saved my friend a trip to the scrap yard.
