That is a parts car that is priced too much.
The shed roof is pointing directly into the passengers window.

And, it has the packrat, aka Mexican brown wood rat nest in the engine bay. I've actually rescued a couple buicks and some pontiacs with wood rat nests. Once you get past the cactus parts it usually isn't that terrible. They don't tend to chew on much with exception of the spark plug wires.
However, the brown wood rat pisses a paste and that paste can be a real pain to get off of everything. Possible though.

Just cause I said it, here's a few oldsmobiles that had the same issue.
No wires were chewed surprisingly.

I wish I had taken a picture of the car wash I used to clean these out. I made that owner work for his money that day. There was rat poop blown 20' out the bay I cleaned them in.
