Looks like a pleasant neighborhood.

5K seems 2K too high for a 360 with lots of missing parts. And it's brown.

I wonder what the plethora of parts is.

That's just my opinion. I"m truly just learning these C's and would like to be corrected if I'm wrong.
The fury's seem to hold a higher value than the dodge's and the chryslers.

I would say it is high money. I passed on this big block car in similar shape. It did not run.
This was over a year ago. I was willing to pay the money but it did not push me over. It was for sale for a while. If it was the other roof line I would not have passed no question. Or if I had a great deal of storage space. I would have got it running and moved it along. Or used it as a donor for a standard roof car.

No, you're right. Price is way too high, unless that plethora of parts includes some really good NOS goodies, but I kind of doubt that's the case.

Based on the photos, it's a $2000 dollar car, especially out west, in the land of rust free cars.

If it was a Fury III with the 23 style roof instead of the 29, it would be worth a bit more. That formal roof is a deal killer for a lot of potential buyers.
