This showed up on marketplace in Norway, translated to English with some explanations of the terms.

Lowered 3" rear
18" rims with studdfree winter tires on. (Original wheels included)
All speakers have been removed. Subs and most of the cables remain.
Has some amplifiers and a "raggarplank (Beer tray on back seats) that may come with it.
A lot of new in the last 2 years.
Last EU-controll (Bi-annual inspection) this summer, then it is exempt.
Is probably a little bit that needs to be done for the EU.
Starts and runs. Needs a little fine-tuning of the ignition as it misfires a bit when it is cold at full pedal.

It's a beer car. Strange piece of the culture. From what I have gathered from watching videos. You can drink in and or on the cars while driving low speeds in the cruise. And many cars are smashed down in the rear from people jumping on them.
