1973 Plymouth Fury

1973 Plymouth Fury 1. Ex police car from Sonoma County, California. Has police package Vin number, special order high performance 400ci. Original matching wheels. Complete car. Two dents that are pictured. Very solid floors trunk and frame. All glass good. Interior is shot. Needs seats and headliner. Again floors are solid and dash is ok has small crack. Great project. Haven't tried starting it. Been setting for two years. Was running then. Asking $4000 obo or trades. Only trades I'm interested in would be older than 1985 or Chevy LB7 Duramax. Has Michigan title in my name.

Difficult to say. The third last number is difficult to identify. Most likely a three, maybe even a five, because of the flat top of the number.
A picture of the VIN on the dash or a buildsheet would solve the mystery...
