The Cordoba started in 75 Bob...... I know you are just repeating the ad but I just couldn't let it go.. I was developing a twitch

Yeah, I know. It's his ad. The production date on the door tag probably says 1974.

It doesnt.... making a discussion point of mid 70s to mid 80s silver paint usually had trouble staying on a car

When the Cordoba was introduced, we all immediately knew where the headlights came from.
Stolen (once again as were most of The Malaise Period Cars by Chrysler) but successful.

The Monte Carlos and Grand Prix had similar headlight design a few years earlier as did Ford.

I always saw the doba following the Monte. Even in 76 they went to stacked lights before the 78 Cordoba did

I always saw a Little bit of first gen. Monte Carlo themes as well. Got a soft spot for the Early SS454 package cars.

Always liked those first gen and 2nd gen Montes....Thanks for posting that photo.... that's purrty

The eyebrows over the quad headlamps also bear resemblence to the Jag. Never occured to me before. :thinker:

I liked the way the headlights/grill/power bulge hood all came together on my 73 Ralleye Challenger. I thought it looked very cool.
