I agree but I guess it just takes one person that wants it with money and no brains in this area anyways. I see plenty of over 20,000.00 70's Nova's for sale that have a BIG TACH with shift light even!! LOL

Or... maybe despite there being no evidence to support this car's value, our seller has ingeniously taken the path of trailblazing a new price guide based upon hopes and dreams (and televised BJ, flipper shows, etc).
I'm as ready to accept a 6 figure offer as the next guy (I suppose I would have to send a check to Mr C to be fair if that ever happened), to offer up a 5 figure price in the open market is beyond me as to how this benefits the seller, but seems quite foolish.
This is the "benefit" of free advertising I suppose...
Thanks to amazinblue82 and his latest survey... I went to great pains to be kinder and gentler and NOT simply use the word "moron" in my post. I also refrained from flipper, idiot, and several 4 letter variants. I hope the seller appreciates my restraint if he ever finds his way to here.

Very tempted but not truly considering it. I should but I'm an idiot.
Someone should do the buy it now of 2500. The front corner would be less than 100.00 I'm sure. Paint probably wouldn't cost that much to match it either. I'm hoping someone else her will take advantage of the deal of the month.
