Appears to be NOS; Box was almost tossed. I opened and looks new. even has the small parts bag still unopened. Does have a small "smudge", or slight discoloring in pic #4, a small mark in pic #5, and a small hairline scratch in #6. All may be able to be polished out, however I'll let the buyer do that. Asking $85 plus shipping from Pa.
