Hi, looking to hook-up key power source, What lug do I attach to on starter relay (example) ? The big lug to the starter w/yellow crimp and fuse?

That wire appears to be direct from battery, so not that one for key-on.

To me it looks like both of them are on the same stud though, so always on.

Should be able pick it up at the ballast resistor. Not the coil side.

Do you have the RTE IVR3 gauge voltage regulator? If so, the additional prong/blade for the 12V input side is perfect for ignition on-power.
I used that for my electric choke power as the rubber grommet for the vacuum heater control hose was right there too.
