I think the vinyl is OK but cardboard is shot. Especially behind the lower carpet. so....free. You pay shipping from 21048 which wont be cheap. The pics are poor because they in the rafters over my car so I'll get them down if you're interested and ill take better pics. One pic shows the back of one of them so you can kind of see the panel board. Also shows the lower carpet piece separating at the seam from the vinyl. These are too unusual to sit in my garage. They should sit in yours!
