I was going to get my kid to 3D print a few....he seems to be able to print every character from Lord Of The Rings to play D&D with so how hard could it be????

It needs to be material rugged enough to stand up. I am not familiar enough with what materials can be 3D printed...

Boston Gear makes ALL kinds of brass and Delryn gears. I would bet they have something. I get gears from them for my autopilot dash dial repair service.
