It looks like a nice car at first but then the more I look, the more suspicious I become. I try not to criticize C-Bodies because I don't want to de-value our cars but when the price is over 10k, I figure it's fair game because the only thing worse than saying the car isn't worth the price is asking a price that the car isn't worth. ie. Lakeland Lash. If your going to ask top dollar, it should be a top dollar car.
1) The add says, "full restoration". This means that it was taken back to original condition as it was sold in the showroom, or at least close to it with Mopar options. This car can best be described as a Resto-mod.
1.1) vinyl roof car, no vinyl roof.
1.2) No chrome bodyside moldings.
1.3) Engine modifications, coil, radiator, valve covers, air cleaner, carb, and intake.
1.4) Floor shifter
1.5) Exhaust (many will disagree with me on this point but restoration exhausts are available but I'll let the exhaust slide but the tail pipes coming straight out the back I can't for a car described as a restoration.)
1.6) Cragar S/S wheels.
1.7) Carpeted truck mat.
1.8) Scissor jack
1.9) Vinyl under floor shifter.
2) There are some things that make me concerned beyond the resto-mod issue.
2.1) Front left door glass does not line up with rear left door glass.
2.2) Something looks off to me about the front fender. I think it may be full of body filler. I may be wrong on that but it just looks odd and I can't put my finger on it. It might just be the lack of chrome.
2.3) Goofy sticker on the Speedo.
